🧼 Return & Refund Policy – Moya Soapbar

At Moya Soapbar, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare products, please read our returns and refund policy carefully.

🔁 Returns

Because our soaps are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene reasons.

However, if your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

💰 Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Your item was damaged in transit (please provide photos)

• You received the wrong item

• Your parcel was lost and confirmed undelivered by Royal Mail or courier service

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

📦 Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges, but if you're unhappy with your experience, contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.
